Notice, AGOA has the right to change these terms at any time without the consent of the end user. All issues involving changes can be handled by AGOA support.
AGOA’s terms are in place to help protect the identity and safety of its customers and employees.
Privacy – All personal information regarding users is kept within AGOA. We do not release personal information to anybody or anywhere.
Safety – If a website, email account, or credentials for a user have become compromised, the following actions may be taken: site, email, or user suspension. Or even permanent suspension of a site and blacklisting of IP’s. These measures are only to help protect AGOA and its customers from intrusion.
Billing – AGOA’s billing cycle takes place on the 20th of each month. If a customer pays yearly, then billing takes place at the beginning of month which service is bought the following year. AGOA uses Paypal to make transactions. Checks are also an option when paying a bill. If a customer wishes to pay by check, they must alert AGOA support to make the change.
Failure to pay – If a customer fails to pay a bill, their site is disabled on the 1st of the month and an email regarding the suspension is sent. The site remains suspended until the transaction is cleared. All billing questions and issues should be reported to AGOA. If a transaction is invalid, or is not received, the customer’s site(s) will be disabled until the issue is resolved.
Canceling – Upon canceling, your account will be shut off the day of cancellation. It is the responsibility of the customer to take what they want off of the server before leaving.
Web Content – AGOA does not allow the content: gambling, hacking, hate and aggression, drugs, pornography, proxy sites, and violence to be available on their servers. Upon signing up for service, a customer will be asked for the nature of their site. If any of the of previously listed items exists, the site registration will not be completed. If a site is changed or obtains the listed content, the customer will be asked to remove it. Failure to remove the content will result in termination of service.
Illegal Content – A customer may not host or make any illegal content available for download. Appropriate actions will be taken to resolve this issue.
